Always avoid digital if you can, a nightmare to install When I signed into my account, it said step two download but there is no download buttons there. The only other option is to download an ISO file by using a URL which has about 100 different characters long, it seems very complicated and will take some time to type all that in and that's if you get it right first time. Why does everything have to be digital these days? I reckon it will take at least an hour to do all this so if your thinking of buying it and have a lot of patience then give yourself at least an hour. Another pain I came across is the Microsft sign in it kept asking me, again and again, to sign in when I was already signed in. If I tried signing in again it said its the wrong password. Talk about frustration? This is enough to put people off digital for life. I have had this problem so many times in the past.

No support available, apparently. Service and support is critical when installing software. I have installed three M/S "lifetime" office programs over the past 12 years without a single problem. I spent 1.5 hours trying to install this one until I gave up and emailed for help; no response 24 hours later. Ignored the instructions provided and used knowledge and common sense to eventually install. So far so good, but since I needed to download this product urgently, not having any support is very annoying and can easily lead to disappointment.
